Pricing

Parties are $295+HST for up to 15 guests.
Additional guests (up to 25) may be added for $12.50+HST each.
$50+HST deposit required to book the party day and time.

Food and drinks

We do not provide food, drinks, or dessert. Please ensure all food and desserts you are bringing into the facility are nut-free. Please bring a cake knife or any other utensils you may require.

Party room

You will have access to the party room the entire 1 hour and 45 minutes of your birthday party.
No tape may be placed on the walls for additional decorations.
We do not allow the use of piñatas or confetti.
There may be a party immediately following yours, so it is very important the party room be vacated promptly, in order for the host to have time to clean the room for our next guest. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Cancellations and transfers

A $50+HST non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. A minimum of 30 days notice is required to transfer your deposit to another party date. This deposit may not be transferred to any other program or event.

Frequently asked questions:

What should my guests wear?

Comfortable clothes (shorts, t-shirts, and leggings). Please no jeans, dresses, tights, belts, zippers, loose strings, or jewelry for safety reasons.

Do parents count towards the number of guests?

No. Only the children participating in the gym are counted towards the number of guests. We invite parents and other adults to spend time in the party room and will have extra plates and cutlery available for those guests.

When should I confirm the number of guests?

We will contact you a week prior to confirm the number of guests and must be provided with a final number by the Sunday before your party. If numbers change after this date, we cannot guarantee a suitable coach-to-child ratio. The final balance will reflect the number you confirm on Sunday.

What is the youngest age a child can participate?

As long as a guest is walking, he or she is welcome to participate in the gym. All guests participating in the gym are counted toward the guest total.

Any children under the age of 2.5 participating in the gym must be accompanied by an adult. Each Ninja and Trampoline party participant under the age of 5 must be accompanied by an adult. The adult and child must stay with the group at all times. For insurance reasons, no other parents/adults are allowed in the gym during activity time.

Are parents allowed in the gym?

Parents are not allowed in the gym, except to assist a guest under 2.5 years old, or a guest under 5 in a Ninja or Trampoline party. We welcome all parents to stay and watch the party from our viewing areas.

The parents of the birthday child are invited into the gym in the last few minutes of the party for the birthday song. Please note that there is no flash photography allowed in the gym.

Do we have exclusive use of the facility?

There may be classes or other events going on in the gym at the time of your party. All groups will have their own instructors and are never on the same equipment at the same time.
