We require a $50.00 deposit upon booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the party date. All prices are subject to tax.
Party Details and F.A.Q.
Party Room
- You will have access to the party room the entire 1 hour and 45 minutes of your birthday party.
- No tape may be placed on the walls for additional decorations.
- We do not allow the use of piñatas or confetti.
- There may be a party immediately following yours, so it is very important the party room be vacated promptly, in order for the host to have time to clean the room for our next guest. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Frequently Asked Questions
Comfortable clothes (shorts, t-shirts, and leggings). Please no jeans, dresses, tights, crop tops, belts, buckles, zippers, loose strings, or jewelry for safety reasons.
We do not provide food. Please ensure all food and desserts you are bringing into the facility are nut-free. Please bring a cake knife and/or any other utensils you may require for your food.
We will contact you a week prior to confirm the number of guests and must be provided with a final number by the Sunday before your party. If numbers change after this date, we cannot guarantee a suitable coach-to-child ratio. The final balance will reflect the number you confirm on Sunday.
As long as a guest is walking, he or she is welcome to participate in the gym. All guests participating in the gym are counted toward the guest total. Any children under the age of 2.5 participating in the gym must be accompanied by an adult. Each Ninja party participant under the age of 5 must be accompanied by an adult. The adult and child must stay with the group at all times. For insurance reasons, no other parents/adults are allowed in the gym during activity time.
Parents are not allowed in the gym, except to assist a guest under 2.5 years old. We welcome all parents to stay and watch the party from our viewing areas. The parents of the birthday child will be invited into the gym during the last few minutes of the party to take photos during our birthday song and medal presentation. Please note that there is NO flash photography allowed in the gym.
There may be classes or other events going on in the gym at the time of your party. All groups will have their own instructors and are never on the same equipment at the same time.
A $50.00+HST non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. A minimum of 30 days notice is required to transfer your deposit to another party date. This deposit may not be transferred to any other program or event.
