How do makeup classes work?
Who is eligible to schedule a makeup class?
Makeup classes are given as a courtesy and benefit of active enrollment to students who miss class for any reason – illness, vacation, cancellation, etc
Makeups may be used while actively enrolled in a recreational program. If a student withdraws, the makeup classes become inactive, but will reactivate again when the student is re-enrolled.

Can I pause payments and use makeup classes instead?
No. Makeups do not carry a cash value and are a benefit of your active enrollment. They cannot be used in lieu of payment for future classes, nor are they refunded if they go unused.
We reserved the spot in the original class specifically for the child enrolled. The purpose of makeup classes is to allow the student to catch up on the material missed in the original class, not to be used as a substitute for payment.
If I miss a makeup class, can it be rescheduled?
Without prior notice, we cannot reschedule a makeup class that was not attended. We have limited availability, so if the student that was booked in for a makeup does not attend, it is a missed opportunity for another student to make up a missed class.
Can I transfer makeup classes to another student?
Makeups are per student and cannot be transferred to another student . We reserved the spot in the original class specifically for the child enrolled. The purpose of makeup classes is to allow the student to catch up on the material missed in the original class.
What class can my child take as a makeup class?
Makeups may be scheduled in any other class of the same time length that is within the athlete’s age group.
